Rooms were clean, everything was amazing. We got a room with a bath. The hotel has magnificent location next to Mangalore, eateries, and prominent shopping area. It also was in the middle of jackson.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to shopping centers and business hubs. the room and reception area were kept clean, and the staff was generally polite and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel offered transport facilities.
There was a lack of attention to some essential details, such as providing enough towels and toiletries in the room.

The hotel was well-located, near to shopping areas and the business hub. The room was clean and well-kept, with friendly and courteous staff. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast included with our stay.
Despite being well-located, the hotel lacked in its transport arrangements. We had difficulty arranging transport for our early flight and were left to find our own transportation.
